West River

The state of South Dakota is split by the Missouri River dividing the state up into what’s locally referred to east river and west river. Last month I was invited to hit the road with Dalton Coffey to gather some 16mm footage for a project he’s working on. Dalton graciously allowed me to use some of the 16mm footage and medium format stills in this brief montage of the day trip.
